CHIC OF THE WEEK

The Jasmine headpiece Emily is sporting here reminds me how perfect this lace blush dress is for a June wedding. Meet ANDROMEDA from The Forever Boho Collection.  Inspiration for this gem came from envisioning delicate lace on a V-Neckline opening up a beautiful decolletage. Also running around in my head was a whisper of lace underneath a semi-full skirt of tulle fanning out in a generous train. Created in Chantilly lace and blush tulle, the Andromeda dress was designed for the bride zeroing in on a hopelessly romantic look sans all the volume and petticoats.

A word here about the lovely back drop.  We shot Dance of the Flowers amid the foliage and orchids at the beautiful conservatories of Shelldance Nursery in Pacifica, California. Situated on a hill overlooking the ocean, it was the perfect background--the organic fused in beautifully with the goddess element.  Our shooter for the day was the highly energetic and creative Samantha Smith who never cases to amaze with her one-off sense of artistry . . . . .
