WHEN LESS IS MORE

My definition: Less is more when the dress brings you out as opposed to you bringing the dress out (or trying to).  Think about it, your dress should seem organic, like you're wearing it as a second skin--one flowing line from head to toe with impeccable detail.  Call it what you want, minimalism, simplicity, the paired down dress offers you room to accessorize a little or a lot.  
Pictured above and below are dresses with full skirts in light weight fabrics sporting only self belt details, clearing the way for some serious accessorizing with gloves, a pouf and feathered fascinator.
