TWO BRIDES: KELLY AND KELLY

Imagine falling in love and marrying your namesake.  That's just what Kelly and Kelly did when they  celebrated in DC a few weeks back.  Wedding photographer Kat Forder shot Kelly and Kelly's day capturing all the small and personal details so beautifully.  Says Kat, "Kelly and Kelly, along with a small group of their family and friends, traveled to Washington DC  to be married in a small ceremony by officiant Tiffany Newman.  The  couple stayed at the gorgeous Akwaaba Bed and Breakfast, a literary themed B&B with 8 rooms decorated and tailored around African American authors and classic genres.  It’s a gorgeous location that I look forward to returning to soon!
"The B&B is literally around the corner from the ceremony location making the commute super easy and we couldn’t have asked for better weather! I’m privileged to have been able to document this special day and witness such genuine and powerful love . . ."
