BRIDAL 'SWEET': PART 1
It all started with a group of passionate photographers and wedding professionals who got together back in February (Super Bowl Sunday to be exact) at the Hotel Shattuck in Berkeley . The photographers spent about ten hours shooting to their heart's content while an event planner, florist, bridal gown designer (moi), DJ and lighting expert, two models, a hairdresser and makeup artist all helped put their own touches into the mix. Thanks to Laura Urbina and the wonderful management team at Hotel Shattuck, we were fortunate to have been set up in the Presidential Suite, a series of Deco-inspired rooms ideal for shooting fashion. Today's post focuses on four vintage dresses shot against a backdrop of white columns and black and white tiled floors. The pièce de résistance is photographer, Jim Vetter's hauntingly beautiful use of light and composition . . . . magnificent!
