CHIC OF THE WEEK

The VALERIE Dress is a pure confection of blush tulle and Chantilly laces. Lace was placed on the bodice over a rose/beige satin to make it pop. Then 5 layers of tea dyed tulle gather onto a satin underskirt. Shantung buttons line the center back. The layers of crinoline petticoat underneath that give off the hourglass silhouette are separate. The beauty of this design is it can be worn with or without the petticoat depending on the look yoi want to create. Pictures of Joy in the dress with the added petticoat shows off a more formal look. Savannah wearing no added understructure sports a more casual and country chic version. Because this dress is a custom listing it can be ordered longer, shorter or with any size train added . . . .
