WHAT'S NEW IN THE GOWN GALLERY?
It's been a while but I'm back! Immersed in pure inspiration to create, the blogging has alas been in suspension the past few months. The good news is, the work is progressing and here are some of the results. There's more to come of course and most of it is the result of some breathtaking lace finds . . . . .
ANGELINA. This overblouse of ivory lace over tulle is so delicate it's almost like you are wearing lingerie. Worn over a slip dress of 4-ply crepe with a body-hugging effect, this duo can go either Art Deco or Boho paired up with the proper accessories.
For the romantic at heart here's another overblouse in a camel color tulle with only shots of added Peau d'ange lace in ecru. The handmade florals added to the sleeves and shoulders add a three-dimensional quality. Great for an outdoor wedding--when there's a breeze the sleeves and shoulder ruffles move beautifully . . . .
