CHIC OF THE WEEK

By special order from The Forever Boho Collection is The EMMA Dress, a confection of tulle and Chantilly laces.  Inspired by the tea gowns of The Downton Abbey period, I wanted to add a very romantic piece to the line that could only be ordered with one of a kind laces like this in mind.  The client and I choose these laces individually so it will be custom and like no other in the world,  The over skirt here is placed over a fitted silk with a slit in the back for ease of movement.  Thanks to Antonio Crutchley and hairstyllist/MUA Julie Morgan for this magnificent shoot that was featured on Style Me Pretty

The bride is looking so beautiful in this gown and flower veil added the extra charm to her outfit. Simple, elegant wedding gown but took my heart away.

Dear Amy-Jo,
Lovely gowns! But it seems to me that fewer and fewer of your beautiful brides are wearing veils. Is the wedding veil becoming an endangered species? If so, for me this would be a tragedy. On my wedding day I loved my veil just so much.
Regards,
Sheila

Oh Sheila by no means is the veil endangered. True many of my dresses go veiless but I do have veils paired up with gowns available on my site I adore them. http://bridechic.wix.com/amyjotatumbridal#!head-chic. Also I wore a veil on my wedding day--a wreath with a long swirl of tulle floating down the back.
