DRESS OF THE WEEK: BEATRIX

These beautifully captured images by Diana Maire Photography were more than I ever expected in showcasing the lovely Beatrix Dress.  From the Country Chic Shoot, I remember in the initial planning, the photographer and coordinater on the shoot wanted a country/1950s/Boho feel to the fashion--something you could sport in the woods, field and meadow while still looking stylish in on your wedding day. Both went for  Beatrix. I had a blast creating this design!  It's so positively girly and ultra-feminine; the bodice is embroidered organza trimmed with a scalloped edging.  It sits a atop layers and yards of tulle skirt, perfect for dancing or just kicking up your heels . . . .
