To me there's nothing prettier than a white dotted swiss or point d'sprit dress. Regaining popularity lately, Point d'esprit and Dotted Swiss are probably as old as any lace or weave there is out there. It was first made on looms in Switzerland circa 1750. As a weave or lace, it's made up entirely of evenly spaced dots. As a heavy weave dotted swiss is typically cotton. On fine mesh or tulle it is commonly known as Point d'sprit. Also lovely on veils and netting for hats....

Stunning dresses, love dots. Happy Monday doll, I hope you have a gorgeous week ahead xx
I do love swiss dot, but I didn't even think about it for wedding dress styles. It's beautiful and charming! :) /Madison
These dotted gowns are just gorgeous, love also the lace. Kisses Amy, happy Monday! xo

Hi sweety, hope your start to 2014 has been a great one :) Dots are not really my fav print but pretty dresses.
Gorgeous gowns, I love the dots especially on the second and last dress. And the veils are equally as stunning.
