IT WAS FASCINATION

How many ways can you wear a fascinator?  That depends on a few things.  How are you wearing your hair?  Do you want to sport that chic down-on-the-forehead look or perch it further back?  Also, your fascinating fascinator may have some great details that beg you to tilt it sideways.  Today's fascinators evolved from cocktail hats circa 1940s and are hybrids somewhere between a headband and actual cocktail hat.  Defined you can say a fascinator is a hair decoration fastened to a band or comb with accents of either feathers, beads, crystals or florals.  I adore making them as you can see.  Give me a yard of tulle, a headband and a few beads and I'm good to go . . . .
